What happens if the cloud service is discontinued?
Continuity: If Before They Buy is discontinued, verified purchasers will be offered an offline Mac- and Windows-compatible browser application and a chance to export saved work when feasible. This is discontinuation protection, not normal product delivery.
Do you offer technical support?
Support: Support covers account access and product-use issues by email. No implementation service or guaranteed response time is promised.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds: A verified purchaser may request one full refund of the initial US$15 purchase within 14 calendar days after successful payment. No reason or technical defect is required. A completed refund stops hosted product use and leaves saved work read-only for a 30-day export and recovery window.
